A LETTER FROM THE RECTOR
Rooted in faith. Living in love. Looking faithfully toward the future.
Dear Beloved Members and Friends of St. Gregory’s,
Our 2027 Stewardship theme, “Rooted in Faith, Living in Love,” speaks beautifully to who we are as a parish and to the future God is calling us to build together. We are rooted in the worship, prayer, Scripture, sacraments, music, friendships, and traditions that have shaped generations of people at St. Gregory’s. Those roots give us strength. From them grows a living faith that reaches outward in compassion, welcome, service, and generosity.
This has been a year of visible growth. Mother Mary Ellen Cassini and Father Christopher Harding have joined our clergy team, strengthening our pastoral life and expanding our ability to serve children, youth, families, and the wider parish. The Choir of St. Gregory’s has welcomed new voices. Our ministries continue to deepen, our formation opportunities continue to expand, and our outreach continues to touch lives throughout Boca Raton and well beyond it.
At the same time, our long-range planning is helping us look carefully, prayerfully, and faithfully toward the years ahead. We are building on a strong foundation, investing in the people, ministries, music, facilities, and resources that will help St. Gregory’s flourish for the next generation. The plan will continue to evolve as needs, resources, and opportunities become clearer, but its direction is grounded in our mission and in our confidence that the Holy Spirit is still leading us forward.
Every person is an important part of that future. Every prayer offered, every hour volunteered, every welcome extended, and every gift faithfully given strengthens this community. Stewardship is one of the ways we put our faith into action and make love visible.
As you consider your 2027 pledge, I invite you to give prayerfully, joyfully, and generously. Together, rooted in Christ and living in love, we can continue transforming hearts and community through Jesus’ love.
