ST. GREGORY'S GARDENERS - A MINISTRY THAT HELPS ST. GREGORY'S BLOOM

The beauty of St. Gregory’s campus is more than something we enjoy. It reflects the care and tireless devotion of a humble ministry making a real difference. Our church gardens, which welcome all who enter, are lovingly tended by a dedicated group of volunteers led by Kat Kehoe, along with Susamma Cherian, Joy Garcia, and Linda MacLaren. This talented team has done a wonderful job nurturing and maintaining these sacred outdoor spaces.

Through their faithful work, the gardens offer a sense of peace, beauty, hospitality, and reverence to parishioners, staff, and visitors alike. Whether attending a service, joining a gathering, or simply passing through, they provide a peaceful and inviting welcome.

You’re Invited to Join the Gardeners

The Gardening Ministry is growing, and you are warmly invited to be part of it. The group currently meets on Wednesdays at 8:30 AM, and there are plans to expand by forming a second team that would meet on Saturdays. Additional volunteers - men and women - are needed to help make this possible.

No experience is necessary, and all tools are provided. Simply bring a willingness to help and enjoy time outdoors in fellowship. As they like to say, many hands make light work.

If you’ve been looking for a meaningful and hands-on way to get involved at St. Gregory’s, this is a wonderful opportunity to serve while helping our campus continue to flourish.
